*The payment processor (Stripe, PayPal or MercadoPago) charges their own fee directly. Sentilis only charges the percentage shown in the table, no hidden fees.

What happens if I pass the Free plan limits?
We notify you beforehand. Your page and posts stay online, but email sends pause until the next month or until you upgrade to Pro. No surprise charges.
Do I own my content?
100% yes. Everything you write is saved on your computer as text files (Markdown). If you ever leave Sentilis, there's nothing to export: you already have it all.
Why do you charge transaction fees on the Free plan?
Because storing files and sending emails costs us money. That fee allows us to keep the platform running. On the Pro plan, the fee drops to 5%.
What if I need more than 5,000 sends on the Pro plan?
We'll never pause your sends. If your audience grows and you pass the limit, we'll charge a small fee only for the extra emails you use that month (Pay-as-you-go).
