Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
You get every app for 14 days without entering a card. Add a card before it ends to keep the paid apps. Each business gets one trial.
What happens if the trial ends and I don't add a card?
Your business moves to the free plan. The paid apps become read-only and nothing is deleted: add a card and they are back as you left them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Subscription in your settings. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid, and you can undo the cancellation before then. There are no refunds for the time left.
How are users counted?
Each person on your team is a user, up to 20. Monthly, each charge counts whoever is on the team that day. Yearly, someone who joins mid-year is charged for the months left.
