Publish from VS Code →14 days free · No card
VS Code is already where you work
Markdown built in
VS Code edits and previews Markdown out of the box.
Next to your code
Docs, changelogs and posts live in the same repository as the project.
Sentilis fits a developer workflow
A CLI, not a dashboard
sentilis sync validates and publishes every entry in a folder in one run.
Safe in CI
--strict aborts the whole run if any file has a problem; --dry-run validates without uploading.
Docs with sub-pages
A folder with index.md and more .md files becomes one entry with sections.
How VS Code → Sentilis works
- 01
Write
Create .md files in your repository and preview them in VS Code.
- 02
Check
Run sentilis sync --dry-run in the integrated terminal to validate everything first.
- 03
Publish
Run sentilis sync, or let CI do it on every merge with --strict.
Docs in the repository, published on merge
Keep the content folder in Git. The same CLI commands you run locally run in a CI job with your profile token stored as a secret.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use VS Code?
Yes. Edit .md files in VS Code, preview them with its built-in Markdown preview, and publish the folder with the Sentilis CLI from the integrated terminal.
Can I publish Markdown files directly?
Yes. Each post, product or work is a .md file with a short settings block at the top. Put it in a folder and run sentilis sync, or publish it from the Obsidian plugin.
Can I keep my Markdown files locally?
Yes. Your files stay on your computer and remain the source of truth. Sentilis publishes them; it doesn't replace them.
Do I need to learn Markdown?
Only the basics — headings, lists, links and images — plus a short settings block at the top of each file. Every content type has a documented template you can copy.
Can I create a blog?
Yes. Sentilis Press publishes your posts, with cover images, videos and sub-pages when a post needs them.
